NOTE for Windows 95 users:

There is a bug in the 32-bit version of DfW's implementation of the open command, which causes "Protection violation" or "File in use" errors (error -49 or -51) under Windows 95. The error does not occur with the 16-bit version of Director. You can solve it by making your externl DIR, DXR or CST files "Read-Only".
